All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services due to inclement weather or unsafe conditions.

Quotes and Pricing

Estimates provided through our website, text, email, or phone are based on the information you provide and are subject to change upon inspection of the property.

Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins. Additional charges may apply for conditions not disclosed at the time of the estimate, such as excessive buildup, hard water stains, or access restrictions.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or by text. We appreciate at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or require prepayment for future services.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and other approved payment methods.

Property Access and Preparation

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the areas to be cleaned. Please secure pets, remove fragile items near windows, and notify us of any access codes, locked gates, or special instructions.

Bright Peak Window Cleaning is not responsible for damage to items left in work areas or for pre-existing conditions such as damaged seals, cracked glass, or deteriorated frames.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in our work and want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not happy with the results, please contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge.

Liability

Bright Peak Window Cleaning is fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our team during service, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

We are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, defective windows, or conditions beyond our control.
